30-Day Return Policy


We accept returns within 30 calendar days from the delivery date for all US orders.

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused, in brand-new condition, and free of damage or wear.
  • Item must be returned in original packaging, including all accessories, power adapter, manual, and warranty card.
  • Please include your original order information or packing slip inside the package.

How to Initiate a Return


  1. Contact Support First

    Email us at postmaster@mzcnu.com to start your return request.

  2. Get Return Authorization

    Once approved, we will send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed return instructions.

  3. Pack Safely

    Place the product and all included accessories in the original package and seal securely.

  4. Mark RA Number

    Write the RA number clearly on the outside of the package for quick processing.

  5. Free Return Shipping

    We provide FREE returns for all US customers. A pre-paid return label will be emailed to you once your return is approved.

Restocking Fee Policy

Missing or damaged accessories, severely damaged original packaging are not eligible for return and will be rejected directly. Products with obvious personal usage marks, sweat stains, body contact traces, wear marks or internal dirt shall be strictly rejected and cannot be returned or refunded. We only accept returns for products in perfect condition with complete original accessories.
No restocking fee will be charged for qualified returned items that are unused, intact, with complete original packaging and full accessories. Defective or damaged items caused by manufacturing faults are also exempt from the restocking fee. No exceptions.

Refund Process


Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 20 business days.

Damaged & Defective Items


If you receive a leg, hand, or back massager that is damaged, defective, or not functioning properly, email us at postmaster@mzcnu.com with details and clear photos or videos. We will respond promptly and resolve the issue for you as soon as possible.

For the fastest and most convenient resolution:

  1. Return the unwanted item following our return process.
  2. Place a new order once your return is accepted and confirmed.
