1. Shipping Destinations
We provide shipping services within the Contiguous United States. Shipments originate from California, USA.Contiguous United States.
- Exclusions: We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, or any other remote islands.
- Address Note: We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or military (APO/FPO/DPO) addresses.
2. Order Processing & Cut-off Time
- Cut-off Time: 16:00 (Pacific Time, PT). Orders placed before this time will be submitted to our fulfillment center on the same day.
- Handling Time: Most orders are prepared for shipment within 1 business day. We guarantee dispatch within 48 hours (orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed starting the next business day).
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
We are committed to delivering our professional massagers to you as quickly and safely as possible:
- Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days (Free)
- Note: Total Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time.
4. Tracking Your Order Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can monitor your package's journey directly via the carrier's website (UPS, FedEx, or Amazon Logistics).

Shipping Disclaimer While we strive to meet the estimated delivery dates, please understand that delays may occur due to external factors such as extreme weather, carrier congestion, or holiday peaks. MZCNU is not liable for such unforeseen delays, but we will always assist you in tracking and resolving any issues.
