OVERVIEW

This Warranty Policy applies to all electric massager products purchased from MZCNU (the "Company", "we", "us", "our"), including leg massagers, back massagers, and hand massagers. This policy defines the official warranty coverage, terms, exclusions, and procedures for customers located in the United States. Our warranty service is designed to guarantee product quality under normal daily use and provides limited repair or replacement services for manufacturing defects and electronic component failures.By purchasing and using our products, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms stated in this Warranty Policy. This Warranty Policy is legally binding and supplements our Terms of Service. In the event of any conflict between this Warranty Policy and other policies, the provisions within this Warranty Policy shall prevail regarding warranty-related matters.

SECTION 1 - WARRANTY PERIOD

MZCNU offers a 12-month limited warranty for all electric massagers (leg massagers, back massagers, hand massagers), starting from the original delivery date of the product. The warranty period is valid exclusively for the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Proof of purchase, including order confirmation email and original transaction records, is required for all warranty claims.

SECTION 2 - WARRANTY COVERAGE

Within the valid warranty period, we provide free maintenance, repair, or replacement services for products that contain manufacturing defects or electronic failures confirmed by our official inspection team. The limited warranty explicitly covers the following manufacturing and component issues:


  • Circuit & Power Defects: Abnormal power failure, automatic shutdown, circuit short circuit, charging failure, and unstable power supply caused by factory production defects.

  • Motor & Vibration Defects: Non-artificial motor stalling, weak vibration, abnormal noise, jamming, and functional failure of massage components.

  • Structural & Hardware Defects: Factory shell cracking, button failure, loose interface, abnormal connection, and inherent assembly flaws before customer delivery.

  • Electronic Component Defects: Built-in battery abnormal power consumption, temperature control failure, timing function error, and original accessory damage caused by production problems.

All warranty services include free labor fees and free replacement of defective original accessories (charging cable, adapter, remote control). We reserve the right to determine whether to repair, replace accessories, or issue a product replacement based on the actual damage condition.

SECTION 3 - WARRANTY ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

To qualify for our official warranty service, your product must meet all of the following conditions:


  • The product is purchased directly from the official MZCNU website without third-party resale, second-hand trading, or unauthorized channel transactions.

  • The product is used for personal physical relaxation without overloading operation, commercial rental use, or long-term continuous over-frequency work.

  • The product retains its original factory structure, without self-disassembly, circuit modification, battery replacement, or unauthorized repair behavior.

  • The product damage is confirmed to be an inherent manufacturing defect rather than external artificial damage.

SECTION 4 - WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS (NON‑COVERED CONDITIONS)

This limited warranty does not cover any damage caused by external factors, improper use, or natural wear. The following situations are explicitly excluded from free warranty services:


  • Normal Wear and Tear: Slight shell abrasion, surface fading, normal battery aging, gradual vibration attenuation, and minor usage traces generated during daily long-term use.

  • Artificial Damage: Falling collision, extrusion deformation, shell breakage, scratch damage, and component dislocation caused by human factors.

  • Liquid & Environmental Damage: Water ingress, liquid infiltration, humid corrosion, dust blockage, and mildew caused by improper storage or use in humid environments.

  • Unauthorized Modification: Any disassembly, self-repair, accessory replacement, painting, and modification without written permission from MZCNU.

  • Improper Use: Overcharging, use of non-matching chargers, long-term continuous over-operation, exposure to high temperature, or improper storage leading to component aging and damage.

  • Accessory Loss: Loss of charging cables, adapters, remote controls, and other detachable accessories are not covered by the warranty.

  • Resale Products: Products purchased from resellers, second-hand platforms, or unofficial channels automatically lose warranty eligibility.

SECTION 5 - WARRANTY CLAIM PROCESS

If you find any manufacturing defects during the warranty period, please follow the official claim process to apply for after-sales service:

  1. Contact Support: Submit a warranty application via our official email: postmaster@mzcnu.com. Please attach your order number, purchase time, clear product defect photos, and defect description.
  2. Official Review: Our inspection team will review your application within 3–5 business days (Pacific Time). We may request additional pictures or videos for further confirmation.
  3. Inspection Result: After confirmation of manufacturing defects, we will provide a repair plan, replacement plan, or maintenance guidance.
  4. Return Shipping: If product return is required, we will provide an official return shipping address. The shipping cost for eligible warranty repairs shall be borne by MZCNU. For non-warranty repairs, the customer shall bear all shipping fees.

SECTION 6 - NON-WARRANTY MAINTENANCE SERVICE

For damages that are not covered by the official warranty, MZCNU provides paid maintenance services for U.S. customers. Paid maintenance includes circuit repair, motor replacement, battery replacement, shell repair, and accessory replacement. All paid maintenance fees will be clearly quoted before maintenance, and the maintenance progress will be notified by email.

SECTION 7 - WARRANTY LIMITATIONS & DISCLAIMERS

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY CONSTITUTES THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY PROVIDED BY MZCNU. WE MAKE NO OTHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY CALIFORNIA STATE LAW, MZCNU SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM PRODUCT DEFECTS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO TRAVEL EXPENSES, TIME LOSS, PERSONAL PROPERTY LOSS, AND INCIDENTAL ECONOMIC LOSSES.Some U.S. states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or incidental damages, so certain limitation clauses may not apply to individual customers in those jurisdictions.

SECTION 8 - GOVERNING LAW

This Warranty Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States of America. All warranty-related disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
