It is quite powerful. I can only tolerate up to level 6 in its 9 levels of intensity. The battery can last quite a few 15 mins sessions after a full charge.

I've tried a few hand massagers. This one has the ability to be gentle of firm, has decent heating, and adjustable programs, firmness. It is left- and right-handed. And you can just keep your thumbs inside. Although this doesn't put me right to sleep like my Renpho eye massagers, it is very relaxing and enjoyable when you need to decompress. HIGHLY recommended. Some folks showing the points from the massage glove, try reducing the pressure. If you don't want a real massage, don't get a good massager. I find this one incredibly relaxing, and I prefer firm pressure, although my partner prefers softer pressure. It is very nice.
